1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BuildMaxLab. By accessing DIY and home improvement tutorials at BuildMaxLab.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

BuildMaxLab offers tutorial sessions led by experienced instructors. Services include on-site workshops, virtual guidance, and personalized coaching.

2.1 Scheduling and Changes

Sessions are scheduled upon payment. You may request changes at least 48 hours before the session. We will do our best to accommodate requests subject to instructor availability.

2.2 Cancellation and Transfer

If you cancel a session at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund but may receive a credit toward a future session. Custom workshops are non refundable due to planning and resource allocation but may be transferred to another date if requested at least 7 days in advance.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, video tutorials, and online courses available for download or streaming.

3.1 Access and Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a license to access the digital content for personal use. Sharing or redistribution is prohibited.

3.2 Non-Refundable Nature

Digital content is non refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or in the event of an error by BuildMaxLab. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please Contact Us within 14 days for review.

4. Goods

Goods include any physical products such as tool kits and project materials sold through BuildMaxLab.com.

4.1 Delivery

We ship goods to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination.

4.2 Eligible Refunds

To request a refund, you must send the product back within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the item, BuildMaxLab will issue a refund via the original method within 10 business days.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction with our DIY and home improvement offerings. The following outlines the refund process for each category:

5.1 Services

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session. Late cancellations receive a credit toward future sessions. Custom workshops cannot be refunded but may be transferred.

5.2 Info Products

Digital products are non refundable except in cases of technical error or as required by law. Contact support within 14 days to discuss any concerns.

5.3 Goods

Physical products may be sent back within 30 days for a refund, subject to our inspection. Shipping costs for sending back are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildMaxLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tutorials or products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
